This cozy and unique guest house locates in a calm and peaceful neighborhood. We were inspired by rural France when decorated it yet we made sure it had all modern amenities! Both main and guest house sit on a 2 acres fenced lot which is large enough to provide you privacy. There is a sizeable pond on a property which is stocked with fish. Enjoy the views and sounds of a nature and don’t be surprised if you see gopher turtles:) Down town Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte both are about 15 mins away

The living room has a 65 " smart TV,wall mounted with a LCD Fireplace below with surround sound- All TV's have Netflix.The bar room has a small refrigerator,pool table and dart board.Outside has a private lanai with Heated pool and a propane firepit.Enjoy the sonos sound with 55" smart TV in the Master bedroom the second bedroom also has a TV. The bar room,also has sonos as well as the lanai.30 minutes from several beaches.The garage will not be available.Home located in a quiet Cul de Sac

3900 Rosemary Drive is a pet friendly house with parking for 2 cars. Relax & enjoy your own private get away, outside patio area, tiki bar, sun loungers & hot tub. The open plan apartment has an 80” Peacock enabled TV,. Enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime or other subscriptions that you have by entering your home’s password & pin information. In the lounge area there’s a 2 seater theatre style adjustable settee & a small dining table/ working area with Wi-Fi access and a fully equipped kitchen.

Sea Blue - 3/2 Home with Screened-in Heated Pool

We trust you will enjoy our lovely home, Sea Blue Vista. We’ve tried to include everything you’ll need for an great stay, including a well-supplied kitchen, an office space, a small library, enough comfortable beds (and pullouts) for everyone, a heated pool, a grill, and sufficient patio furniture. If you get a chance, visit my personal favorite, the nearby Peace River Garden. Also check out Port Charlotte Beach Park (8 miles away) or Ponce De Leon Park and on-site wildlife refuge (free).

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Florida charm at its finest. Tropical garden setting in an historic home in your own private space. Walking distance to three restaurants including an original landmark restaurant, the Bean Depot. Fishing pier and boat ramp on the Myakka River to the gulf are also nearby. The house was originally owned by the Adams Family, makers of chewing gum ( chicklets and tea berry gum). Beautifully restored older home with lush tropical landscaping.

Other perks: outdoor dining over looking the canal/ sunset pickleball paddles/ balls grill quiet neighborhood minutes to shopping/dining
