A sunny terrace provides the perfect spot for alfresco dinning with a gas BBQ and wood fired pizza oven. Only 5 minutes drive is the harbour town of Falmouth, with its independent shops and art galleries, beaches and the world-famous National Maritime Museum. It's also within easy reach of the Helford River and its glorious sailing waters, hidden coves and fabulous walking routes. The cottage is tucked in the corner of a large walled garden, across the lawn from a beautiful double-fronted stone house. Alexandra Cottage has its own parking and separate entrance.

A large two bedroom house with views over the historic town of Penryn. Penryn is approx 2 miles from Falmouth and 8 miles from Truro. The house is located within a quiet road with easy access to Penryn Town which, has a host of local shops and pubs.There is also an Adsa, Lidl and Sainsbury within 2 miles. There is ample off road parking to the front of the property for two cars.

A light airy room in our private annexe near public transport, a beautiful park and an easy walk down into town where you will find familiar shops, a vast variety and abundance of cafes and restaurants. See the ferries to St. Mawes and Flushing go back and forth. Easy walk to the beaches and the well known Gylly Beach cafe. Falmouth has so much on offer for all ages.
