Mountain View Hideaway

This cabin is a peaceful hideaway with spectacular mountain views tucked into a wooded cove. The hot tub along with the aura of tranquility will provide an oasis after a day of hiking, skiing or snowboarding. It’s an easy 5 minutes to Belleayre Ski Mountain and if looking to work from home, there is high speed wifi available as well as clear cellphone signals at the location. Enjoy a romantic getaway in a cozy cottage-2 person rain shower, fire pit,king bed, spacious and fully stocked kitchen, large deck, beautiful wine barrel table! 10 min to Kayak, 15 min to skiing/snowboarding, breathtaking scenes of the mountains & amazing waterfalls nearby!! Enjoy mesmerizing sunsets over the mountain on our deck. 2 kayaks in season. Hiking trails accessible from our property surrounded by hundreds of acres to explore! Escape to a storybook scene while creating amazing memories!

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

In winter, all wheel drive is strongly recommended. Pets are welcome, ( $ 25 pet fee ) please let us know what dog breed you are bringing. Perfect location for a work-from-home alternative, with high-speed internet (100mbps/15mbps) or a vacation get-a-way. Please no hunting inquiry.

Less than 15 min from Bellayre Mountain and Pakatakan Reservoir. 4-wheel drive is necessary in winter months. The Catskill Forest Preserve is our backyard-literally (we have 5.9 acres that lead directly into the preserve). Only 5 min to Margaretville town center, grocery store, scenic train rides, restaurants. You'll love Solace for the secluded feel, views, cozy living space, and proximity to activities and necessities. Pets case by case.

Renovated One room schoolhouse nestled in the Catskill Mountains. Outfitted with solar panels, an indoor full bathroom and an outdoor shower with a private refreshing stream in the backyard. Walk out the the door for wonderful hiking. Close to town and a micro brewery at the end of the road! Relax and be creative in the woods! Full kitchen! With wood stove and refrigerator (no microwave at the moment). Full bathroom with claw foot tub.
