Our house is located on the top of a mountain in Harlan county! Perfect family friendly home! Enjoy the beautiful morning sunrises from the couch, kitchen table or the deck! We also have plenty parking for multiple trucks and ATV trailers! Unload at the house and take a scenic route to the off road park! The fun begins as soon as you get here! Need early access? Hidden Hide Away

This unique place has a style all its own. This 100 yr old cabin has been just remodeled. It is all new. Central heating and air. Indoor plumbing. Tempur Pedic beds with Bed Jets on each bed. Starlink high speed WIFI, Washer and Dryer. The creek is 20' from the porch with 2 water falls when it rains. Sit out back and enjoy the sound of the water and nature. We are right by two large ATV parks. The Elk hunting is Great! We have wild horses at the top of the property. The cabin sits on 100 acres.

Maw's House Handicapped Friendly House in country

This two bedroom ranch style brick home located on a working farm will delight you with its view and open country spaces. Enjoy seeing wildlife such as deer, turkey, and squirrels on the property. This home is handicapped friendly. All entrances have a ramp, the bathroom commodes are raised, the shower in the main bath is handicapped, and there are grab bars in the necessary places. Equipment available for the handicapped are: Wheelchair, Lift Chair, Rollator, commode chair, walker.

The Stonehouse

Whether you are here visiting family, or seeking adventure, you can relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The Stonehouse is conveniently located 6 miles from the city of Harlan where you can find groceries, fast food, local restaurants, and retail stores. If you are here to enjoy the mountains, the Putney Trailhead of the Black Mountain Off-Road Adventure Area is 5 miles from The Stonehouse. Parking area will accommodate 3-4 vehicles with two spaces for trailers.

Peaceful getaway offers relaxation & adventure in the KY mountains. Short drive to VA & TN. Large home has 4 bedrooms - 2 w/ private bath & 2 that share a double-vanity bath. Open living/dining area and kitchen. Nearby is a 7-hole golf course and swimming pool (available Memorial Day - Labor Day), hiking, and tourist attractions such as Portal 31 and the KY Coalmine Museum, as well as Kingdom Come State Park. Plenty of parking; can accommodate trailers & RVs. RV park is a 45-minute drive.

You’ll find many of the luxuries of a fine home here, but in a smaller home more suitable for a solo traveler, a couple, or small family. Enjoy two large living rooms, one of which is the newly added “log room”, cozied up in front of the gas fireplace for games, movies, or just to relax with a good book and a hot cup of coffee.

Located less than 5 miles to Spearhead Trail's Stone Mountain trailhead and only 30 minutes to Mountain View Trail. Two couples fit nicely in the 1st level 2 bedrooms for a quaint getaway.
