Welcome to The Hunters Lodge located in Harper County! The Hunters Lodge is located in the town of Attica, where you'll find a local restaurant and grocery market and just a few miles away from Anthony, Harper, Medicine Lodge and Zenda. Our older home is showing some age but, you will feel right at home! This is rural Kansas at its finest. 🙂 Please note: No WiFi or Cable. Train tracks close by however past guests do not mind. 😊 Please reach out with any questions! We’d love to host you!

The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary is a stunning 1900-built church that has been thoughtfully converted and completely renovated into a unique vacation rental and retreat property. While everything inside is brand new, the home still preserves some of the church’s original charm and character. This inviting space features an open floor plan, a grand entryway and living room, a beautifully designed kitchen, two bedrooms, a loft area with both sleeping and sitting spaces, 3.5 bathrooms, and a finished basement.

Savor the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the deck, kayak around the lake, lounge on the dock, play a round of golf or disc golf, then gather round the firepit for the gorgeous colors of a Kansas sunset! Perfect for friends and family to enjoy a relaxing getaway from the city, a hunting trip, a small church group retreat, or a cozy romantic weekend.

The Barn in Harper

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly barn turned into living quarters. This unique barn is perfect for hunters, family gatherings, or a peaceful relaxing time away. Since being built in the early 1900's, you will be surrounded by history and nostalgic architecture. The barn once held cattle and the original flooring still remains in the bathroom. In The Barn, there is a full-sized kitchen with a stove, microwave, sink, fridge, coffee-pot, dishes and silverware.
