Located right on the upper West branch of the Delaware River and just 1 mile from route 17 the "River house" is a fully restored and renovated 90 year old bright and open home. Great trout fishing or just relax and watch the water roll by from almost every window. The property includes 3 decks, one right at the rivers edge. The house is fully equipped to cook with spices and utensils. Keurig combo coffee pot and coffee. Bedrooms/ living room are all brand new furniture.

Relax on 4 acres of nature in a rural setting of Upstate New York. The backyard butt's up to the Susquehanna River, hop on in! Walk down the street to see the neighbors cows and horses or to the boat ramp access. Community members occasionally do sunset yoga on the walking Ouaquaga bridge (2 min walk) from the property. Large building which was originally built as a dance hall in 1918 than converted to a family cottage in the 1930a this is 30 ft from the Susquehanna River.The lodge has 5 beds ,full kitchen and bathroom. care has been taken to keep original, cabin is rustic with sloping floors in spots and has 2 screened in porches.A beautiful fireplace built by a master mason commands attention..it is glamping
