The Roosevelt

I built this cabin in 1989, this property has a lot of history, it was part of the land that my father in law acquired from the Roosevelt program, I believe that was in 1932, he was one of the few original settlers. we have 25 acres we are in process of making walking trail that will wind back and forth through the entire property. will be a good chance of seeing all kind of wildlife including deer turkey, squirrels and all kind of birds. This cabin is located in the Pine Mountain Club Chalets Resort, a 65-acre property less than one hour from Atlanta in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Chalet 21 has 2 bedrooms downstairs and one in the above balcony room with bath. The property has a 12-acre fishing pond (bring your own life jackets), playground, beautiful seasonal swimming pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball, 9 hole putt putt course, ping pong in recreational facility. We'd be delighted to have you as our guest!

Enjoy all new furniture & fully renovated kitchen, new appliances. Bring up to 2 pets with additional pet fee. Note: no access to gated path into Callaway- must use main entrance.

Relax in stunning style among the whispering pines just outside the gates of Callaway Gardens & only blocks from unique shopping in charming downtown Pine Mountain. Cycling enthusiasts will love riding the Man 'O War, a rail to trail conversion that winds through scenic vistas. Picnic overlooking the scenic views at Dowdell's Knob in FD Roosevelt State Park, or enjoy a day hike along its 23 miles of trails, or horseback riding. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.

Callaway Calling

This A Frame was built in the early 70s. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a deck, an outdoor patio, two living areas, and more. Enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and surroundings. Walking distance to downtown Pine Mountain and a few minutes walking or biking to Callaway Gardens. Nearby attractions include several wineries and breweries, FDR national park, the Wild Animal Safari, and more. This is an old rustic house. If you leave the doors open, bugs may come in as we are in the woods.

Sit on the front porch and watch the sunset over the fields and sit by the lake and enjoy your coffee to watch the sunrise! Beautiful!
