This common space has a full size comfortable sleeper sofa and room for an air mattress .The entrance is private. Property is quiet with onsite parking. It is located only a block to beach and a short walk to Islandview Casino. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. An active train track is near the property. Another cottage is available on the property if planning a trip with others.

Adorable studio space with private entrance. Newly renovated stairs lead to a private patio. Keypad door lock leads into a cute open space that includes a standard sofa, kitchenette (no sink or stove), queen size bed, flat screen tv and a full bathroom (shower only). Enjoy your morning coffee out on your own private patio. (This unit is located on our home property but is completely detached and separate.) Designated parking spot in driveway. Pool use not included. 10 minutes to the beach!
