*NEW* Paddlewhacks is a group of 5 cabins nestled along the Big Cypress Bayou towards Caddo Lake. We are right on the water yet a one minute drive into Downtown Jefferson. It is the best of both worlds-unique shopping and restaurants with immediate access to canoeing and fishing. Each cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open concept living/dining areas, small kitchen, and a front patio. Every cabin comes with a canoe, paddles, life jackets, and access to our group firepit and private kayak ramp.

Sunset Cabin

Private country atmosphere in city located on 7 acres. Lots of large pine and oak trees, birds, and catch and release from onsite pond. Plenty of room for horse or boat trailers to park. 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and stores if your not in mood to cook. Daily pet fee $10.00 per day per pet due check in 2pets. 30 lb. limit unless you talk with us first. NO CATS. You will need to provide animal crate if pet is left alone in cabin. After 10PM inquires will be answered the next morning

The Tackle Box Cabin

New Cozy Cabin on the water at Caddo Lake. Great fishing right on the property! Kayak or boat right up to the property. One room/ one bath with full kitchen. Granite counters and interior covered in beautiful wood. Cold AC/warm heater for winter. Flat screen TV and WIFI. Huge covered/ screened in porch with cafe lighting, two tables with 4 chairs each and queen futon. Luxury Queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper. Sleeps 4 inside with two outside on porch. Two Kayaks included.

Come enjoy the stillness and silence of our beautiful proeperty. You will love the deep porches with the rocking chairs and porch swing. Enjoy a beautiful sunset, play a game of cornhole, or build a fire in the firepit in the large common area. The Redwood has an open floor plan with lots of natural light. You will love the luxury walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. Then rest comfortably in the queen size bed with luxury linens.

Quiet, Secure and clean accommodations upon a Church Camp Ground (founded in 1888) located in the Piney Woods of East Texas. Cabin has 2 Queen beds and full bathroom. Great cabin nestled on the shore of Big Cypress Bayou, the main watershed for Caddo Lake. Our area is for those who are looking for the slower side of life. Plenty to do around us, but with the view; why would you? Visitors, parties, reunions or other gatherings are prohibited. Minimum 2 night weekends, 3 nights holidays.
