Surrounded by the largest cypress forest in the world and designated as a wetland of international significance, our newest property will accommodate a couple or a family of four with ease and comfort. The Escape includes full kitchen, wi-fi , king bed and two loft bedrooms and water access across the street. Enjoy the beauty & relaxation that Caddo Lake has to offer at the Kingfisher Cabin. Our tiny home is nestled in the Goose Prairie area, located between 2 boat launches (Crip's Camp & Johnson's Ranch). We have the unique ability to provide MULTIPLE bed configurations to meet guest(s) needs -1 King , 2 twins or 1 twin. There are 2 COMPLEMENTARY kayaks for guest(s) use. Life jackets are required, & use of all equipment is at your own risk. Pets welcome, however we have a 1 pet &20lb size limit.

Sunset Cabin

Private country atmosphere in city located on 7 acres. Lots of large pine and oak trees, birds, and catch and release from onsite pond. Plenty of room for horse or boat trailers to park. 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and stores if your not in mood to cook. Daily pet fee $10.00 per day per pet due check in 2pets. 30 lb. limit unless you talk with us first. NO CATS. You will need to provide animal crate if pet is left alone in cabin. After 10PM inquires will be answered the next morning

The modern amenities of this serene lake cabin are matched only by the stunning natural beauty of the surrounding Caddo Lake. Caddo Lake is the only natural lake in Texas. This beautiful home comes equipped with a boat house for your enjoyment. Guests can bring their boat and utilize the boat lift which is available upon request. Have fun exploring the many boat lanes. Kayaks are available. Life jackets, fishing equipment, diving board on the swimming deck all add to your water enjoyment.

The Cheerful Cottage

Have fun with the whole family @ this brand new home. 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home with all the needed amenities. Conveniently located just off Hwy 80 between Longview and Hallsville, minutes from Loop 281 & I-20. The kitchen has basic cooking and eating utensils, dish soap and towels. Washer and dryer with laundry soap provided for your convenience. 1 towel per guest is provided. The living room has a smart TV for airplay and casting. It can accommodate families, friends or just a single person looking to get away. Relax on the front patio or the back deck. We are 30 minutes from Lake O The Pines, 20 minutes to Bear Creek Smokehouse, and 15 minutes to Enochs Winery. We are a quick drive to Longview.
