Sjøbo - Your own cabin by the ocean, Evenskjer

Your own private cabin, with the ocean right outside your window. Inside you find three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and a bathroom. Go outside and enjoy the view from the sea side patio, complete with furniture and a campfire pan. Depending on the season and weather you can see eagles and other birds fly by, or just enjoy the stunning aurora. It´s a 3 minute walk to our small city center with grocery stores, sports shop, a liquor store, pharmacy, hair dressers and a gas station.

Hytta ligger ved Storvann Syd, 25 min.kjøretur sør for Harstad.ca 35 min fra Evenes flyplass.Det er to soverom med dobbeltsenger i hovedetasjen og dobbelseng på hemsen. Badet et innredet med Cinderella forbrenningstoalett og Cinderella urinal, dusjkabinett og servant . Det er åpen stue/kjøkkenløsning og på stuen er det TV. Har internett. Det er ikke oppvaskmaskin eller vaskemaskin på hytta. Det er egen parkeringsplass. Hytten leies ut i sommerhalvåret,

Cabin in the woods between Lofoten and airport

A unique experience close to nature. Our cabin is situated in untouched wilderness, close to lakes, valleys and mountains. Unlimited fishing and hiking potential. 35 minutes drive from airport & Harstad, 2.5 hours from Lofoten. Road access and free parking by the cabin. 10 minutes drive to grocery store & the sea. Ny hytte med midnattsol som ligger helt ved strandkanten på SørSenja. Flott plassering for å se nordlyset utover sjøen i retning Andøya. Ny Jokerbutikk i nærområdet, flere turløyper, kveitemuseum, nasjonalpark, innlands- og sjøfiske, utleie av båt i nærheten. 2 timer med bil fra Bardufoss flyplass. 1 time kjøring til Finnsnes. 1 time med hurtigbåt til Harstad. 3 madrasser oppe på hemsen i tillegg til de to soverommene. Soverom med 150cm bred seng. Stue med sofa 3+2 og kjøkkenbord med 2 stoler. Minikjøkken med kjøleskap i stua. Bad med dusj og toalett. Felles inngang med hoveddel av boligen. 1,5 km til sentrum, koselig tursti langs sjøen, gangavstand til Trondenes kirke og Trondenes historiske senter. Tilgang til hundegård hvis ønskelig.høyhastighetsbredband.Ekstra oppblåsbar seng og reiseseng for baby tilgjengelig.

Leiligheten er 47 kvm og ligger sørvendt, ingen bebyggelse mot sør. Nærhet til turløype med lys. Meget rolig strøk. På nordsiden ligger Andenes sentrum i gangavstand. Fem minutter å gå til nærmeste butikk. Hvalsafari ut fra Andenes havn, to avganger pr dag. Vi tillater husdyr da vi selv har to snille Samojedhunder i 2. etg, hundene er selvsagt ikke i nærheten av leiligheten.

Trivelig hus rett ved stranden.

Koselig atriumshus på enden av en rekke . God plass til parkering, elbillader på parkeringsplassen. Mulighet for babyseng og stol. 2 sykler kan lånes, fint å sykle Strandveien til sentrum av Andenes, eller til Bleik 8 km unna. Skjermet liten hage i atriumet. Grill og hagemøbler i atriumet. Gangavstand til stranden og nærbutikk.
