Sleeps 10 total - 2 Queen BRs on main and in basement w/King BR and 4 single bunk beds on 3rd floor. Lots of room for entertaining with well-equipped kitchen, large fire pit area, walk-out patio, screened-in porch, and basement with ping pong table.

The guest house with central heating and air is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, 3 streaming flat screen tvs, two full baths, washer/dryer combo and a large attached deck. Owners live on property but in different residence. Outdoor cameras overlook parking area. Only reserved guests have property access.

We are down the street from Stonecreek Cove Golf Course in a countryside atmosphere and are comfortably close to the renowned Green Pond Landing, host to many national fishing tournaments.

Our one bedroom "apartment" has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Room for air mattresses too. There is swimming, fishing, kayaking, and just plain relaxing here. We are close to hiking and waterfalls. Approximately one hour from UGA or one hour from Clemson for a getaway football weekend. Come enjoy and bring your pets too—they are always welcome!
