Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Copper Fields and Wetland Wonder

Welcome to our cozy apt./condo! This is a newly constructed apartment great for a relaxing getaway! We are close to Silver Lake Sand Dunes but with plenty of peace and quiet, our 2-bedroom apartment is a 7-minute drive to the heart of Silver Lake and features an outdoor firepit and beautiful views of our pond and property. The sunsets are gorgeous and full of color. After a fun filled day on the dunes, or exploring the area, come back and relax with bonfires, bbq, sunsets and roaming wildlife.

The Beehive Cabin - Near Silver Lake Sand Dunes

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful little cabin. The Beehive is located on a country, back road. It is just under 200 sq. ft. just the right size to be cozy! There is electricity, AC, (cold) water for the coffee pot, there is a microwave and a mini fridge. 1 Queen bed (Comes with bedding). The Bathroom is detached from the cabin and may be shared with another unit. It has a flush toilet and a sink. *No shower available at this time. There is a Firepit and a charcoal grill for cooking.

BIG Hart Lakehouse Hot Tub near Silver Lake Dunes

Escape to your private hot tub retreat and soak your cares away in our 6-person hot tub under the starlit sky, after spending your day at Silver Lake Sand Dunes. Enjoy the serenity of Hart Lake in one of our 4 kayaks via a walking path at the back of the property. Large yard with fire pit to enjoy crackling campfires. House is located on a quiet road with very little traffic for quiet nights. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own heat and AC controls so you can sleep at your perfect temperature.

Cute cottage close to the beach and downtown. Steps away from Mears State Park and Old Baldy. Older and modest cottage perfect for a beach visit or a quick getaway away to quaint Pentwater Village. This is not a fancy property. Parking available along with amenities. A cozy space for indoor visiting and outdoor talks. There is a tub/shower combination, electric heat, window a/c (it's a small space), kitchen with stove top, toaster oven and microwave, living area with two bedrooms.

Its a short 15 min drive to either the excitement of Silver Lake Sand Dunes, or a relaxing stroll in downtown Pentwater. Enjoy dinner by the lake while experiencing our beautiful sunsets. All-Sports Crystal Lake is a sandy bottom lake with clear water. Located right next door to our other listing if you need to accommodate more guests.

The Cottage

Small Charming Cottage set in a beautiful wooded setting. People who have stayed here have seen deer, raccoons, fox, woodpeckers, and listen to the sounds of whippoorwills in the evening. There is a small patio out back, with outdoor seating and grill, with a fire pit nearby. It is Private and romantic yet still close to Silver Lake, Stoney Lake and Lake Michigan. Equipped with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Heat and AC available, AC is removed during colder months.

Rickard Cottage: Comfy and easy, near Silver Lake

The Rickard Cottage is very close to the hustle and bustle of the Silver Lake area, but provides a relaxed, efficient place to get away when the day is done. Mornings and evenings can be spent on the back porch surrounded by the woods. The Cottage is the perfect complement to a busy day at the lake. Ideal for 2 couples or a family with up to 3 children (appropriate for children ages 6 and up). Sleeping accommodations have been upgraded to 2 queen beds!
