New complete house, ready in May 2021, on a cul-de-sac. 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. New furnishings. Cook in full kitchen or go to one of the 5 eating places close by. Sit down with a cup of supplied coffee made from single origin coffee roasted by Essence Coffee Roasters of Sequim WA. Plenty of parks to enjoy. There is also Dyck Arboretum across town with a small pond and paved walking path. 18 hole golf course. 2 disc golf courses. Antique stores. Wifi in whole house. NO SMOKING and NO PETS.

This quirky little house is near to the Sand Creek Trail and a very short walk to Newton’s downtown amenities. Enjoy an evening around the fire pit in the privacy-fenced backyard. This “hipster” house is filled with retro and reimagined furnishings. Warning: You may experience nostalgia! There are entry stairs at both the doors, which may limit ease of accessibility for some guests. Due to the age of the house and the amenities offered, this listing is not suitable for children under age 10.

The Pine Street Retreat

The kitchen is ready to use and boasts a bar and island seating. This kitchen does not have a full size stove/oven but does have plenty of electric appliances to cover all of your cooking needs. This house features many hand-crafted furniture pieces and custom artwork. We have put a lot of love into this home, and we hope you can feel it when you walk in! Prairy Guest House is located within sight of a well-cared for dog park, and there are multiple parks within easy walking distance. Hesston College is less than a mile away, as is Schowalter Villa.
