A neighborhood home that is extremely convenient and close to all of the fun and excitement, yet only 12 minutes from the hustle, bustle of the city! We are located in a quiet and safe suburb home with parking for many vehicles. The streetcar (trolly) is only 4 miles away which travels to the city of New Orleans; the city that never sleeps! My home is equipped with a coffee pot, coffee, creamer, sugar and other sweetners. I also offer coke,diet coke,sprite and bottle water. There's a microwave, crock pot and a refrigerator, as well as utensils, dishes and other essentials for your convenience. We are in walking distance to a convenience store, a daiquiri shop and the Chalmette National Battlefield. Within a half mile radius there is the famous Rocky & Carlo's restaurant, a hospital, grocery, Wal Mart, laundromat, post office, banks, casino, local hot spots, and a park just to name a few!

Suite connected to main house with its own private entrance in beautiful Old Gretna which is known for being the one of the safest neighborhoods in NOLA. Enjoy NOLA without the unnecessary risks of staying downtown. Friendly dogs, Gumbo and Roux, live on property. My family lives on property, not a party house. No Stove. Master suite is above bnb suite. New beds bought in 2022.

Monday-Friday 8-5 we're not a quiet corner but on any night it’s relaxing, providing a restful night. Our neighbor, Race & Religious, hosts weddings with live music but never past 11PM. If you need to go to bed early, we might not be a good fit. Uniquely located, close to the Garden District, Arts/Museum District, French 1/4 and the Conventional Center
