Newly remodeled large bedroom (with cal king bed), bathroom, and patio with private entrance and self check-in. While sitting outside, enjoy the view of the nature preserve and listen for tree frogs and, if you're lucky, coyotes, too. There is a 1.5 mile walking path across the street offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. Take a different path (.4 mi each way) toward local @CaptainFattys microbrewery (check IG for wood fired pizza and events).

Cook a nice dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, sip a glass of wine on your private patio, watch tv in the comfortable living room, or work if you must at the desk upstairs (with a Mountain View). Very comfy beds, even sofabed, safe quiet neighborhood. One cal king bed in br+ sofabed in LR. Peaceful serene patio. Perfect for 2, ok for 3. BA is compact, with shower, toilette, sink sharing same tiled floor, but still well stocked with amenities.
