The House has its own entrance, two sunny corners for relaxing in the garden, a colourful bedroom overlooking the garden to two directions, a separate toilet, a fully-equipped kitchenette and a wood-heated sauna with a large shower room. Mökki sijaitsee lähellä Billnäsin ruukkia, ja myös Fiskarsin ruukkikylä ravintoloineen ja putiikkeineen on pyöräilyetäisyydellä. There is also available a separate wood-heated sauna (built 1980), a small rowing boat and a parking area with electricity for charging/heaters
