Bright and cosy, fully equipped apartment (67m2) with two good sized beedrooms available for short and long term stays. Separate unit with own entrance. The hosts live in the floors above. The apartment open space living room/kitchen, large bathroom and a small cupboard. Under floor heating in all rooms for comfort. Parking right outside the entrance. Check in via digital lock and code. Equipped with fast internet and Chromecast for entertainment. Centrally located south of the city center.

Velkommen til min urbane og meget annerledes sentrumsleilighet. Leiligheten har blitt brukt som visningsleilighet for en rekke boligmagasiner, og ble presentert på god morgen Norge i lys av bærekraftig renovering. Ingen bor fast i leiligheten. Startet med utleie på Airbnb i oktober 2024. Leiligheten kan blant annet by på generøs takhøyde og unike materialvalg. Stilig og unik oppbygning. God vibe. 1-5 minutters gange til sykehuset, høyskolen og sentrum. Rolig og veldig sentral beliggenhet.

Enebolig plassert i fredelige omgivelser på Solvang i Haugesund. Her er du nær det meste. Kort vei til flotte turområder, sentrum og det meste av idrettsområder. Gode bussforbindelser til både Raglamyr og sentrum om du ikke ønsker å gå. Stor og skjermet hage der det rom for avslapping, lek og nytelse. Huset inneholder alt det vesentlige. Tre soverom med to soveplasser i hvert rom. Det er mulig å sette inn en seng til i det ene soverommet.

Cozy and spacious apartment in the centre of Haugesund, partly renovated in july 2023. Three bedrooms, two with 120 cm beds and one with a 140 cm bed. Separate laundry room in connection with the bathroom. Glazed balcony where you may enjoy the fresh air even if it rains. Free parking. The apartment is located in a quiet street just a couple of minutes walk from the shopping street, restaurants, the hospital and the soccer stadium.

Butikk, solstudio,frisør og take away like i nærheten. Gangavstand til sentrum. Ellers gode bussforbindelser. Badet har både dusj og badekar. Sengene er av god kvalitet! Stor hage med lite innsyn. Gassgrill og hagemøbler. Trygg parkering for mange biler, elbil lader.

Welcome to Solgløtt! Totally renovated in 2020, tiled bathroom, heat/ac, secluded location with a view of Vikse fjord. Hiking possible just outside the door. Short car trip to hiking areas as Ryvarden lighthouse (6 km) Bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the living room. The cabin is perfect for 2 people. Have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. 12 km to Haugesund city centre
