Plongée dans la verdure et un cadre enchanteur, vous oublierez très vite Paris et son brouhaha. Pourtant le métro Ligne 1 est seulement à 7 minutes à pied. Dans le bateau, vous disposez de votre studio indépendant équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour vivre paisiblement, cuisiner et travailler (réseau wifi professionnel), chauffage central tout confort. Le bateau ne bouge pratiquement jamais et l'environnement est très paisible. A compter du 20 aout 2024, mon studio change d'agencement/décoration.

You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.
