I will personally welcome you to check inn and show you everything in the apartment and explain. It is completely your apartment for your stay. Please respect with the apartment as well as neighbors respectful and quiet. The apartment is a non smoking apartment and no parties are allowed. I live in the same house opposite and am always reachable if there are any questions or problems. The subway U8 Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away on foot. The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. In unmittelbarer Näher befindet sich die U-Bahn U8/U3-zu fuss in 5min entfernt. Ich werde dich persönlich bei check Inn empfangen und dir alles im Apartment zeigen und erklären. Es ist komplett dein Apartment für deinen Aufenthalt. Bitte gehe mit dem Apartment wie mit denn Nachbarn Respekt voll und ruhig um. Das Apartment ist ein Nichtraucher Apartment und es sind keine Partys gestattet. Ich lebe im selben Haus gegenüber und bin immer zu erreichen, wenn es fragen oder Probleme geben sollte. Die U-Bahn U8 Schönleinstrasse ist zu fuss 3 min entfernt. Die U-Bahn U1/U3 Kottbusser Tor ist zu fuss 5 min entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel sind direkt um die ecke von dem Apartment (Lidl/Netto Supermarkt), sowie der berühmte Türkische Markt am Maybachufer. Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich die Graefestrasse. In dieser gibt es zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants um denn Tag bzw. denn Abend zu geniessen. Sankt Unterholz ist ein Haus mit 150qm Wohnfläche und 600qm Garten für bis zu 9 Menschen in Kraatz; einem kleinen Dorf im Naturpark Uckermärkische Seen. Das ursprünglich als Stall genutzte Gebäude wurde von uns behutsam und ökologisch zu einer Ferien- und Arbeitsoase umgebaut und ist ideal um einfach nur die Seele baumeln zu lassen, gemeinsam an Projekten zu arbeiten, Yoga zu machen, oder um einfach nur gar nichts zu tun. Im Liegestuhl auf der Terrasse den Kindern im Sandkasten zuschauen.

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly.
