Neben einem leckeren morgendlichen Kaffee bietet die Wohnung viel Licht in tollen Fabrik Flair. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit einem großen 1,80x2,00m Bett und einem gemütlichen Schlafsofa. Ihr habt zudem Internet in Glasfaser Geschwindigkeit (100Mbit) und einen Flat TV. Gästehandtücher sowie Bettzeug sind vorhanden.

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 5 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 10 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Originally designed and planned as a showroom / meeting room . The idea was to built a place to discuss, meet and represent. Reason for the location which is great to reach anything in this fast growing City of Berlin. The space and atmosphere have a happy synergy and a work / life balance for itself. I love it here - it is usually my office . We have 2 big flat screen TV screens with Amazon Prime, Netflix a sound system with Spotify and an open fire place to calm down.
