Barrierefreie Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse

Unsere Ferienwohnung ist barrierefrei und befindet sich direkt am Landschaftspark Adlershof. Ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker sind ca. 200 m entfernt. Die Autobahn BAB ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und der Flughafen BER ist ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt. Dennoch ist die Ferienwohnung ruhig gelegen. Sie befindet sich in einer Spielstraße und eine Lademöglichkeit für Elektroautos ist direkt vor der Tür. In unserem Wohngebiet gibt es immer einen Parkplatz. Hochstuhl und Reisebett sind vorhanden.

Gänsetrappe - Urlaub im Denkmal

Tauche ein in eine Welt der Vergangenheit. Die Gänsetrappe ist ein 335 Jahre altes Einzeldenkmal in der Altstadt von Ballenstedt. Das Haus findest du freistehend auf dem ca. 1000 qm großen Grundstück am Ende einer Sackgasse. Die Ursprüglichkeit wurde so weit wie möglich erhalten und behutsam mit den zeitgemäßen Anforderungen an eine gemütliche Ferienunterkunft verbunden. Ruhige Großstadtoase am See mit eigener Terrasse

Diese schnuckelige Fewo, befindet sich im Souterrain einer Backsteinvilla am See und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang mit einer eigenen schönen, sonnigen, eingefassten Terrasse. Zum Schwimmen geht es direkt aus der Gartentür zum Wald und See, ewiges Terrain für Biker und Sportler. Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig unweit der Avus. Die 2 wichtigsten S-Bahnlinien S1 und S7 sind in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Bett (1,60m x 2m) und im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa.

Eco Luxury Loft in Memorial

The Apartment is located in Brandenburg’s most famous former ‘Lost Place’ and today historical site Beelitz-Heilstätten, built in 1902 as a sanatory. The building has been completely renovated and luxuriously modernized while keeping its charme and preserving historic details. As a designer, I designed the loft's bespoke interior myself using eco-friendly, high quality materials only. The building is surrounded by a large , parc-like, community garden and a private forest.

Ende 2023 frisch renoviertes Maisonette-Apartment mit bis zu 8 Schlafplätzen. Die hochwertige Ausstattung umfasst eine komplette Küche, Fernseher mit Netflix und Amazon Prime und im Wohnzimmer auch eine Playstation 4 mit Spielen. Auf der privaten Terrasse findet ihr Sonnenliegen, Hängematte, Essbereich und einen Whirlpool. Dazu habt ihr Zugang zu mit anderen Gästen gemeinsamen genutzten Annehmlichkeiten in unserem Haus: Kleiner Fitnessraum, Sauna, Hot Tub und Garten.
