Take it easy at this unique country cabin. Breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and farmland. Soak in the outside bath. Close to Lake Hāwea hiking and biking trails. Boating and Cardrona and treble cone ski fields. The township of Wanaka with its many award winning restaurants and cafes is only 20km away. The cabin is warm and cozy, sunny, wood burner & heat pump. location is nestled between Grandview and Lake Hāwea station. We have no light pollution making for incredible stargazing.

Located on a lifestyle block this private unit has everything you need and is only 5 minutes drive to Three Parks or 10 minutes into the heart of Wanaka. Location is between Wanaka and the airport, only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow. Owned by a young family, please make sure you’re ok with hearing kids and sounds that come from a rural environment

Close to Lake walks,bike tracks,fishing,supermarket, cafe,takeaway,garage. 15 mins to wanaka shops an eateries. Responsible dog owners welcome on approval. Owners house on site with 3 sociable terriers.

Close to bike tracks, the wave, Grandview and 8 minutes to Lake Hāwea. Situated walking distance to Hawea flat school and kindergarten which is great for visiting family to do pick ups and drop offs. Yaya's House is beautifully placed with easy access to the Lake Hawea River track, short walk/bike to the stunning crystal blue waters of Lake Hawea. 10 minute drive to delicious pastries in Albert town and 15 minutes drive to the bustle of Wanaka. A peaceful place to return to after a day of exploring.
