The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. Our waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

Come enjoy our beautiful private resort nestled next to our vineyard with breathtaking views of the sunset, sipping a glass of wine while taking a soak in the hot tub, or going full on Norwegian in the outdoor cedar sauna and plunge into the pool. Then come back inside, curl up by the wood stove and relax. Private entrance brand new construction! 500 sq. Ft apartment guest house with fully equiped kitchen, bathroom, and laundry, 1 queen bed in private bedroom and 1 couch hide a bed in living room. "Ask about the 18x30 party room below, has second bathroom TV, bar, and bunk beds" (extra 75 a night) Private neighborhood. 10 min to Silverwood, golf, lakes and close sweitzer or silver mt. ski resorts and minutes away to numerous lakes!! Grocery store and all amenities 5 min away.

FREE PARKING ON PREMISES. Outdoor cats reside on property. Not really suitable for children/infants due to small living space.

Take it easy at this tranquil lakefront cabin, bungalow, tiny house on pristine Spirit Lake… Watch otters play on the beach, or ospreys and bald eagles diving for fish. Patios and views, lakeside bon fires, fishing and boats you can borrow. Across the water from the lakefront restaurant, you can paddle our boats or bring your own boat and park it at our dock. Centrally located to Mt Schweitzer, Lakes Pend Oreille, Coeur D’Alene and the Silverwood theme park.

Private, safe, clean, and quality. Custom built, modern & functional floor plan w quality sheets on a tempurpedic mattress on a queen bed. Futon couch is 3rd person bed. Oversized tub/shower, quartz countertops, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, & Keurig coffee maker. Separated private entrance & patio w self check-in & parking on far side of my home on nearly an acre. Only 1 shared wall is with my Boat garage. Close to Honeysuckle Beach & downtown.
