Excellent small home right in the middle of downtown Hays. Only 2 blocks from FHSU, The Water Park, Restaurants, Bars, and Shops! Our place is great for FHSU parents traveling for Athletics, Alumni, Families and Travelers. Also enjoy Big Creek & an 18 hole disc golf course only a block away! The Space Small and charming 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin style house completely remodeled in 2016. Guest access Entire house. Other Notes Cabin has floor furnace and is not ideal for crawling toddlers.

Chestnut Loft - In Historic Downtown Hays

Traveling with a large group or want the entire place for yourselves? Rent the entire house! This historic limestone house is located 1/2 block from Main Street. This 4 bdrm, 2 bath was split into two apartments but is connected by a back inside staircase. Walk to shopping, dining, FHSU, pool & park. Relax with antiques, books, Turkish cotton towels, cotton sheets, fresh local coffee, farm fresh eggs, fast wifi, Roku tv, wrap around porch, driveway parking, grill and fire pit!

The Hideaway

This sweet hideaway is nestled in the historic heart of downtown Hays! This little hideaway is surrounded by rich history as it sits in the historic district of Hays. Built in 1918 as a hotel, Luke and Julisa Haines renovated it in 2015 wanting to preserve the history of this building as much as they could while adding to it its modern amenities. If these walls could speak oh the stories they would tell.
