Studio 88 is a high-end studio apt. just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away. We do not allow dogs (sorry).

A couple blocks from Hayward field and University campus in the Historical district of Eugene. This is an entire place with full bathroom and separate entrance. It adjoins our other Airbnb. Please note that there is no kitchenette, just a mini fridge, kettle and coffee :) - minimal, clean, efficient design - Location unbeatable

Trey’s Place

Beautiful quiet neighborhood in Southeast Eugene, near the University of Oregon. The side entrance leads through a shared space to a separate secure two bedroom suite on a lower level. The two bedrooms both have large windows providing great natural light. A recently remodeled bathroom and a hallway kitchenette finish off the suite. Renters share off street parking and a shaded seasonal private deck and yard.
