Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms including a 1.8m, 302 litre bath and seperate toilet. The house features polished floor boards throughout and split system heating and cooling. Surrounded by leafy bushland with meandering paths and native wildlife. 5 minutes drive to town centre, 4 minutes drive to the Healesville Sanctuary.

A beautiful, private 1 bedroom apartment accomodation in a quiet bushland area, only 800m to the RACV Golf Course & 5min drive to town. The apartment is attached to the main house, but has its own private entrance, carport, porch area and courtyard. We can sleep up to 4 adults with the queen sized bed (in bedroom) and sofabed (in lounge room), a port-a-cot is available on request if you have a baby/infant (please byo bedding/blankets for child).
