Our studio style guest suite is very private including its own entrance, bathroom, queen sized bed, and kitchenette including a full size refrigerator, microwave,and toaster oven. Our quiet dead end street is right off of the main road and very close to Walmart, restaurants, local beach areas, sugarloaf mountain, and the little red river! Fee sent if over max capacity.

Spacious, indoor and outdoor kitchens, perfect for grilling with fire pit or entertaining at the kitchen bar, dining room, screened in porch or 2 outdoor tables. Spectacular panoramic views of the river’s bend, and great trout fishing. Enjoy beautiful garden surrounding the property.

Little Red River Island Cabin

This cozy, unique Cabin sits on Rainbow Island on the Little Red River. Here you will be able to fish, float, relax, and sit around the fire pit. Close by you'll find fishing guide services, shopping, restaurants, recreation @ Greers Ferry Lake and much more. This cabin sits in a quiet community just outside of Pangburn, AR which is home of the Rainbow Trout. Within 15-20 minutes is Heber Springs and Searcy and within 1 hour is Conway and Little Rock. Make this your next getaway!

Located directly on the Little Red River you will enjoy all that the Arkansas outdoors has to offer. You have access to our private fishing dock. Relax in the evenings on the large deck with a bbq and a soak in the hot tub. The deck is great for observing the local wildlife such as geese and river otters. High N Heber

Welcome to High N Heber. This BRAND NEW house is located on North high street in Heber Springs. Hence the name. We hope you get a good laugh out of it! It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access. Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night! Just wait until you see it. We have worked really hard to create this beautiful home and everything in it. We hope you love it as much as we do!!

The cabin is a great base for outdoor adventures, with opportunities for fishing, kayaking, hiking, or simply relaxing by the river. Our cabin offers one of the few areas of the Little Red where you can wade while you fish when the river is low.

It is all about the view. This chalet style house with floor to ceiling windows, has more than 180 degrees view of the lake, and sits 600 feet above the water. Don't be alarmed if a plane flies below you while you're sitting on the deck! In our opinion, both the house and the lot make the view one of the very best on Greers Ferry Lake! Photos cannot do this place justice. It has to be seen!
