Inside is newly remodeled, spacious yet cozy, and boasts panoramic ocean views from the kitchen and living rooms. Backyard is expansive, surrounded by trees, and has dual paths (one wheelchair accessible) to the beach. It even includes outdoor seating, a portable fire pit and hammock! Near quaint Yachats and Florence attractions and trails.

At this peaceful and centrally-located suite tucked behind a 1930’s home up a little hill, you will be close to everything important. Walk 1/5 of a mile to Old Town, where you may visit The Port of Siuslaw, many well known restaurants, art galleries and shops. Hwy 101 is a couple blocks away where our famous Pono Hukilau Restaurant is located. Walk a wee bit further to Exploding Whale Park and enjoy sitting on the river’s beach for a picnic or take a short drive to Heceta Beach for the day.

Centrally located to all the fun the Oregon Coast has to offer. Plenty of parking. We also have a dog park on the property. Pets must be added to your booking

At the end of the road, this comfortable home offers solitude and a charming hobbit path to beautiful Heceta Beach. It's a great place for family fun or a romantic get-away. Well stocked for cooking and kicking back. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are in an open loft (with an enclosed bathroom dividing the two spaces. NOTE: We still allow pets, but have had numerous problems with irresponsible dog owners. Well-behaved dogs and owners who take responsibility for their pets are welcome.

Lakes, hiking, light houses, covered bridges, waterfalls within an easy drive.

The Beach Yachtage

No Pet Fees, Free EV Charging. Beautiful Ocean Front small house cottage with deck is the perfect peaceful getaway for amazing sunsets or watching the mysterious fog of the ocean. (Beach stairs closed and under repair with no known completion date). Beach access within 1/2 mile south and north.

The Cocoon Cottage 🐛

The Cocoon Cottage is suspiciously good at making people forget their inboxes. Curved wood walls glow at night, windows frame forest and water, and urgency goes missing. Expect baths, books, long pauses, sauna sessions, lake views and ideas that show up when you stop trying so hard.

We allow one pet with your reservation with a pet fee of $40. You will be billed separately for this charge through the resolution center. Please let us know you'll be bringing your furry friend in your message.
