A comfy, wide couch with bedding can be used in the living room for an extra bed. Brand new shower and replaced flooring in every room. Easy access to I-15, a quick drive to downtown Helena which is full of microbreweries, eateries and shopping, and close to the Capitol.

You are sure to love this studio which is just a stones throw from Helena’s famous walking mall. With restaurants, bars and breweries all within a short walking distance, you’ll have everything you need close by. You’ll be staying in a piece of history. The building is the oldest mansion in Helena, built in 1868 and has been divided into multiple different units. This one has its own entrance at the rear of the property. Please note that it is on the second story so there are stairs!

You will be close to Grateful Bread Bakery, the library, Blackfoot River Brewing Co. and the infamous Windbag Saloon. For fine dining On Broadway restaurant is there, as well. Nestled in the National Forest, just minutes to town. Watch wildlife in the yard, listening to the crackle of the wood burning stove. Relax in the hot tub gazing at the stars among the trees. Spread out in the spacious kitchen or enjoy the aroma of the smoker grill by the fire pit. Seasonal Note: Hot tub is available March through October. Hot tub is not available November through April.

Cloudview Private Retreat

With views of the mountains in all four directions, this south central apartment with parking and a separate entrance is located next to Helena's trail system. Quiet and privacy are key attractions to the comfortable, newly constructed space above our garage. Enjoy the south deck facing Mt Ascension equipped with lounge chairs and a table., and soon a pergola for shad and more privacy.
