‘Little Bream' is a beautiful fully furnished, cosy barn cottage between Falmouth & the Helford River, within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, a pub & a shop. Easy walk to Maenporth beach, & the Helford River, and also Bream Cove, a fabulous place to swim. 10 mins drive into Falmouth. Little Bream has a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable superking size bed, amazing shower. Distant sea view from the bedroom, a garden/BBQ area and is set in 2 acres of garden. Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

Shearwater - creek side in Port Navas, Helford

Shearwater is a typically cute Cornish cottage with one of the best views around. If you like boats and water you'll love Shearwater, actually, you'll love Shearwater anyway. Situated a stone's throw from Port Navas creek it has its own mooring making it the perfect base for exploring the river. Either bring your kayaks with you, or, there are plenty of places to hire them locally. If you're not feeling adventurous just sit back, relax and watch the kingfisher on the river.

Little Trenant Barn, Helford River (creek access)

Wander down to the creek and take Sandy the boat or the kayaks/paddleboard out at high tide. You can explore the waterways or just take the provided chairs and unwind in this stunning area of outstanding natural beauty. Come evening; relax in the beautiful barn, listen to the owls and star gaze through the roof windows from your bed.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Accommodation for two in quiet village, thirty nine steps above the beach, with direct access onto coast path. Fantastic views, clean air and rural surroundings in a well equipped annexe. Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.
