Cheerful New Cottage Style Family Mountain Getaway

Centrally located in the rebuilding town of Paradise. Every home on our street was lost in the 2018 Camp Fire. We are the fourth home to be rebuilt on the street. There is new hope for this small mountain community. Decorated in a cozy cottage look with comfortable beds and everything you need in our stocked kitchen. Excellent internet and a smart TV . There is an outdoor table for and gas grill. Our local marina, Line Saddle, has boat, paddle board and kayak rentals for a day on the lake.

Only 3hrs from San Francisco, 2hrs from Sacramento, and 20min from Chico, come unplug in this newly remodeled space and enjoy a slice of authentic rural living. Also only about an hour drive to beautiful Lake Almanor and the amazing gem of Lassen National Park.

Step up into the kitchen with full fridge/stove/microwave/dining table. Bathroom w deep tub/shower, washer/dryer. From living room, step down to enter bedroom with queen bed and vaulted ceilings. Additional fees 10% TOT tax and a new 2.5% tourism fee (BCTBID assessment) will be collected as of September 1st.
