Woodmans Cottage - Trenoweth Estate

A lovely detached studio cottage, nestled in the peace and tranquillity of the countryside, Recently renovated in a sleek and modern style with all the benefits of mod cons and located in the grounds of a former vicarage, Woodman's Cottage offers spacious open plan living for two people. Also a double sofa bed which sleeps 1 or 2. The cottage has shared access to the apple orchard, swimming lake and woodland - part of the Trenoweth estate but also has its very own private and enclosed terrace.

Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Baker's Store sits among miners’ cottages in the beautiful village of Breage. Entirely self-contained, the space is small but perfectly formed, with a cosy wood-burning stove. Dedicated outdoor space offers parking and alfresco dining. The village shop and pub are a short walk. Porthleven, with excellent harbour-side restaurants, is a 5 minute drive. Breage is perfectly placed for exploring the south and north coasts. Incredible local beaches at Rinsey Cove and Praa Sands are only moments away.

Ideal for couples or a family looking for a long or short stay, a spacious three-bedroom former net loft and fisherman's cottage that is pet-friendly with an enclosed courtyard and garden in the beautiful Cornish fishing village of Porthleven. We have Wi-Fi, a large kitchen/diner, and two sitting rooms, one with a wood burner and both with smart TVs. We are a short stroll to the beach and harbour with its award-winning restaurants and a great selection of cafes, pubs, shops, gym and market.

Anchor Cottage is a quintessential fisherman's cottage tucked away in a quiet and secluded part of Old Porthleven, but still just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful beach, harbour, cafes and award winning restaurants. This traditional cottage retains many original features and oozes character and charm whilst also updated to ensure it's comfortable, cozy and warm with a great wood burning stove for winter. There is a south facing garden with a patio area for outside dining in the sun.

The Apple Loft is a beautifully converted cottage in the grounds of Tremayne House, providing accommodation for two adults. The Apple Loft has a private courtyard to the back, perfect for long meals on sunny evenings or dozing in the sun. The spacious bedroom and shower room are on the ground floor, with an open plan kitchen/living space on the first floor. The kitchen provides a great space for creating some delicious dishes, while the comfy sofa and log burner make evenings even more cozy.

This renovated cottage, set in the hamlet of Rinsey Croft, offers high quality, light and airy one-bed accommodation. It is close to the safe bathing and surfing beach at Praa Sands and only a 5-minute drive to the coast path car park at Rinsey Cove. The beautiful harbour village of Porthleven is a foodies' paradise and is only a 7-minute drive away. The cottage is well placed for the many attractions that West Cornwall has to offer. The cottage is cleaned and sanitised to a high standard.

Elmfield barn is conveniently situated on the A394 for exploring the beautiful west Cornwall coast and countryside. The comfortable accommodation is ideal for couples who appreciate having the great outdoors on their doorstep, yet within easy reach of many places of interest and excellent restaurants and pubs. The A394 can be quite busy at times, so some traffic noise can be heard during the day when the windows are open. Fans are provided for when the weather is hot.

Caervallack Garden Cottage is a beautiful two person holiday cottage set within a private 540m2 walled garden .The Helford river is within walking distance and there are 13 different beaches a short drive away . Its a quiet and particularly beautiful part of Cornwall. The garden has featured in most of the garden/house magazines over the last 20 years, and in most recently in the book "Secret Gardens of Cornwall" 2023. Sorry we don't accept pets or children.
