Toledo Bend Lake, one of the premier bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing right below our marina just steps away.

Cuz's Place

Your family or team will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This 3 BD/2BA brick home is located on the #4 green of Pendleton Harbor 9-Hole PAR 3 golf course and has a lake view of Carrice Creek. Situated on a corner lot with pull through carport/garage with over a 1/2 acre of yard for extra parking if needed. There are two public boat launches, two full-service restaurants, convenience store, Dollar General and Keith's Tackle store within a 1-2 mile radius.

Toledo Bend waterfront camp located in six mile.

7 day and 1 month discounts available. Great for a family, group of fishermen or hunters. A lot of big bass caught right off back yard, see pics. Neighborhood boat landing and 6 mile boat landing a mile away. Please note that as of 3/04/25 a tornado flipped the dock rendering unavailable. Boats may still pull to the bank. We are also working to salvage the dock and re-construct. Work may be ongoing during your stay. I have reduced the nightly rate to accommodate the inconvenience for both.

The Brackin House

The Brackin House is walking distance from the Hemphill City Park, minutes from anything & everything in Hemphill and just a few miles from many access points to Toledo Bend Reservoir. Our circle drive makes it easy to park or back your boat into one of the three covered stalls next to the house. The large living/dining/kitchen - open concept area, keeps everybody close enough to have a good visit. Sitting on The Brackin House front porch helps clear your mind for whatever comes next!

Back in time 1940s Lakeview House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Built in the 1940's, the home is located by McGee’s Landing Park on the South end of Toledo Bend Lake near the McGee’s Landing Bass fishing flats. The flats are known for some of the best Bass fishing on the lake. We offer free access to the park, boat launch and the private sandy beach with your stay. We also offer access to a covered picnic area in the park to enjoy the summer days and lake view.
