Private One Bedroom Downstairs Flat with Kitchen

This quiet and bright one bedroom flat is located in West Harbour and is downstairs from our main house and has sneaky views of the nearby estuary. It has one bedroom with queen size double bed, full kitchen, lounge, laundry and a private deck. Our preferred check-in times are between 2pm-8pm. Alternative arrangements may be made prior to date of arrival. For stays longer than a week, bedding and towels will be changed and the flat cleaned. This property is strictly non smoking/vaping.

A pretty, peaceful & convenient cottage located in Te Atatu South, West Auckland. 2 minute drive from the North Western motorway and 15-min drive from Auckland city and Auckland airport off peak. Ample parking available. Trust stadium and Waitakere Hospital a 5 min drive away. Enjoy sitting on the deck under the trees and unwind. A kitchenette with microwave and hot plate available and separate bathroom facilities. Close to supermarkets and cafes. Come enjoy the tranquility and my hospitality.

A 6 minute walk to Glen Eden train station and easy access to all that west Auckland has to offer. Explore the Waitakere Ranges; the rugged west coast beaches; or any of the walking or biking tracks nearby. Business travellers also find the location agreeable when needing to stay out of town. The unit includes a king size bed, ensuite, kitchen and lounge. Dining could be outside in the private covered area, enjoying the peaceful birdsongs. Airport is 22km away, 30 to 50 min traffic dependent.

Bordering a bush reserve, out Airbnb setup gives you two rooms. The kitchenette / dining room looks across a wide green lawn to the indigenous trees of the reserve. A quiet, warm bedroom is adjacent. Your outlook is green and the ambience is peaceful urban. You have your own entrance with off-street parking. We are close to a regular bus route while Titirangi Village is walking distance for a choice of cafes, a supermarket, bottle store - even a world class Art Gallery "Te Uru" ( The West).

Compact, purpose-built self-contained studio in Woodlands Park Titirangi, with a deck overlooking our lovely tranquil garden. There is a king-sized bed that can be separated into twin beds. We are located perfectly for access to Auckland’s West Coast beaches and the Waitakere Regional Park with its spectacular hills and forests and delightful Titirangi Village. Central Auckland is only 25 mins drive away. The Punga studio is small, but with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

Laundry & washing machine off the kitchen. 2 bedrooms with lots of sun and a newly renovated bathroom with large shower. tv with Freeview and Netflix ect Massey is close to the new northwest mall, Kumeu for wineries and the west coast beaches, along with being a short 15 minute drive to both the north shore and the city centre. A great location!
