Designed to capture the sun and the sweeping ocean view. Wood-burner for cosy winter nights and unlimited fibre broadband wifi for Netflix. Pull back the ranch sliders in summer and open the house to the outdoors. Relax with dinner, drinks and the setting sun on the covered outdoor deck. Underfloor heating the bathrooms provides all year comfort. It's a 5min walk down the road to the start of the beach track and then a 20min stroll through the bush down to the beach (or a 3min drive!)

Great location

A weatherboard sixties state house with off-street parking, located close to the motorway, the Trusts Arena. 5 minutes walk to Countdown. There’s a data projector with Google Chromecast. Plenty of children's books and board games. I only use eco-cleaning products. You will have access to the front of the house as the decking at the back needs repairs. Laundry, back decking, and rear garden are unavailable. The house exterior is a work in progress, but the inside is tidy and clean!

Piha Beach Bungalow is 5 minutes walk to beach, 10 minutes walk to piha store, café, library, art gallery, tennis court and bowling club, It has 180 degree views of the ocean yet is secluded being tucked back into hill and sheltered from prevailing winds. It has easy street level access. Come and relax in our quintessential Kiwi surf bach, lounge on comfortable cushions under the pohutakawa trees and listen to the waves in the background and watch the sun set over the ocean.

Tranquil Karekare Valley Home

Tranquil Valley Home, 4 guests 2 upstairs bedrooms. A walk on Karekare beach is one of the most memorable walks in the country. Some of the local bush and coastal walks are also highly rated. Karekare had some significant flooding in February 2023. There are still some road works being completed. We inform guests about these at the time of the booking. Our place and Karekare is now fine and safe to visit. We look forward to having you stay. Stephen
