Beautiful 1930s apartment #3

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The unit is located in a historic building in downtown Jackson, very close to a host of restaurants and shops. The building was constructed by the Lindy family, starting construction in 1938 and finishing construction in 1941. Throughout the building, we have hung diplomas left behind by the family that built it. While the building has housed many people over its lifetime, the original design and a lot of the original materials remain.

The Waffle House: Historic Full Downtown Apartment

The apartment is called Waffle House because it was the home of Waffle House founder Joe Rogers. The space is a full apartment with kitchen, laundry, living room, bathroom and bedroom with a separate entrance. Located on W Deaderick it’s just a short walk to Restaurants , Farmer's Market, and Hub City Brewing. I am the brewmaster at Hub City Brewing & Rock’n Dough Pizza + Brewery, and my wife works for Hitachi Energy. We live in the downstairs unit so are nearby if there is anything you need.

Guests are just minutes away from several attractions including Crazy K wedding venue, Springhill Farm wedding venue, Corinth, MS, Shiloh National Battlefield, Magnolia Hospital, Big Hill Pond State Park, and Pickwick Lake. All 10-25 min away. Magnolia hospital is 9 miles away. Extra charge for garage for boats and trailer.

Looking for something closer, Beech Bend Park and Picnic area is just a short 6.1 miles away. Decaturville with its small town feel has much to offer with festivals and various street happenings throughout the year.
