Step back in time in this historical 100-year-old shoppe. The residence combines its original charms with modern luxury, featuring plank flooring, boutique furnishings and decor, covered porches, and views of the surrounding greenery. There is a wonderful back porch with ceiling fan, swing, rocker!!!! Sit and enjoy the view. The guesthouse is a studio barndominium located on our 15 acre property, with dedicated parking and private entrance away from our primary house. Surrounded by woods and nature, you'll enjoy peaceful, quiet nights listening to soothing sounds of wildlife. Located halfway between the historic town squares of McDonough and Covington. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This newly finished fully furnished 600 sq ft tiny house is perfect for those who prefer a nice quiet space with all the amenities. It’s in a nice quiet subdivision located close to downtown McDonough and close to Conyers. Close to interstate and 30 minutes away from downtown Atlanta. For those who like nature, you will occasionally see deer grazing in the subdivision.

Dame’s Guesthouse!

Small, peaceful guesthouse to call home away from home. It has a full size sofa bed, bathroom with toilet and shower, small kitchen area with air fryer, fridge and microwave. (No Stove). 42” television and wifi. The guesthouse is about 30 yards or more into my backyard. The community is quiet and peaceful. Parking is available on the street.
