In the middle of the only fjord, called the Bay of Kotor, in the Adriatic sea, lies an authentic small village Donja Lastva, where the people have time for a talk, help each other and considering and respect the nature around them. The apartment is completely renovated with separate bathroom & bedroom. The apartment lies 20 meters from the sea. When you open the window your view are the sea and the mountains and you smell the nice flavors of the sea, the trees, flowers and herbs.

Cozy, close to the beach

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. It is tucked in a few minutes above the beaches and about 10 10-minute walk from the historical part of the town. I don't think you would need to use a public bus while in Herceg Novi, but the stop is in front of the building. We live in the town, so we are here for any recommendations you might need.

Apartment is located 220m (5 minutes walk) to the beach. It is placed on the hill side which brings you to the panoramic view of Boka Bay, from the balcony. Neighbourhood is quite with a lot of nature surrounding the area. Apartment is on the top of the house (second floor) that is separated from the rest of the house with own entrance and a lot of privacy.

This cozy and new studio is ideal holiday place for three people. It is located in the attic, on the third floor of the recently renovated house that is settled on the hill above Herceg Novi and in close vicinity of Spanjola fortress. Brand new furniture, comfortable beds and terrace with an amazing sea view are the best features of this apartment.
