Stay in a unique cabin built from two shipping containers! Where 'Industrial style' meets 'Country!' Spend a night relaxing at Ormaglade Cabins! Modern, warm & cosy with a relaxed feel. Unwind and enjoy the night sky! Everything you need and nothing you don't! Bring a friend & take a break, chill on the deck, by the fire or take a walk in the countryside along the Clutha Gold Trail. Thyme Lane Heritage Cottage

The rammed earth cottage is over 100 years old. Thyme Lane is a rural setting in an historic gold mining area. It's near the Lake Dunstan cycle trail, the Central Otago Rail Trail & Lake Roxburgh Trail. Five minutes to Alexandra or Clyde. One hour’s drive to Queenstown. Enjoy the outdoor space, nearby vineyards and orchards, and local cafes. You'll have your own cottage with bedroom (kingsize bed), ensuite bathroom, and living room with kitchenette (microwave, single hotplate, sink). Weber BBQ.

This centrally located industrial chic loft-styled studio is perfect for the whole family including your furry friends. Whether you're a couple, family, or small group, you'll enjoy being able to park, unpack and walk everywhere you could want to in Tapanui. Located in the heart of the main street with cafe, dairy, supermarket, chemist, pub, T&C Club, RSA, WO Theatre, library and information centre, right on your doorstep. A fully fenced yard with BBQ area & dog kennel, everyone is catered for.

Stableburn Cottage: Unique off-grid family bach

Take an eco-friendly break. Small family bach with all the basics for a comfortable, minimalist stay, best suited to 2 adults and up to 4 children or 4 adults. Immerse yourself in rural sights and sounds. Wander down to the river for a paddle, picnic, try your luck fishing or panning for gold. Relax on the deck with a book borrowed from our bookcase & enjoy an evening drink while the light changes over the Old Man Range to the north. Gently fall asleep listening to the mighty Clutha River.

Beach Feet Retreat, Kaka Point, Catlins Coast

Stunning sea side location of this beautiful new spacious beach house will provide a peaceful and quiet place to relax and enjoy the pristine Catlins Coast. Kaka points safe, lifeguard patrolled beach (summer) is across the road. House is located only 200m from the Point Cafe/store/bar and local play ground. Explore Nugget Pt and enjoy spotting the spectacular sea lions basking on the rocks. Hide away to watch the yellow eyed penguins arrive at Roaring bay. Local bush walks within 1 km.

The Studio at No 9.

This peaceful, hill top, studio room is just a 10 minute amble to the town’s parks, gardens, cafes, shops and restaurants. Wifi, TV, microwave and small refrigerator, kettle and toaster with basic kitchen cutlery and crockery, teas and coffees supplied. Brand new bathroom. Private entry and driveway with undercover parking. The decor is eclectic and there are two outdoor seating options. The garden is shared. Guest access by key lock. Check in from 3pm and check out by noon.

Sea View Apartment 1 (Seascape)

Our Self-Contained Apartment is fitted with modern furnishings, free WiFi and views across the ocean to the Nugget Point Lighthouse from the sliding doors. There is a private deck with a table and seating. The living area has a sofa, dining table and chairs and a flat-screen Smart TV. It has a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, electric fry pan, fridge, jug, toaster and all the essentials. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. It has a private entrance and off-street parking.

Hillside Retreat & Woodstoked Hot Tub

This unique place has a style all its own. Come and enjoy some peace and quiet admiring the outstanding views of Mount Benger in your own wood stoked stainless steel hot tub. The hot tub will be filled with fresh water and heated on request. There are several outstanding cafes locally along with the beautiful Clutha Gold Cycle trail. The Millers Flat Tavern is open for meals Pinders Pond is a local swimming attraction. Highland Bike hire in Roxburgh has ebikes for hire.

Honey Cottage in Ettrick

Experience beautiful Ettrick and the wider Central Otago area in this peaceful and private self-contained rustic cottage. Situated around 10 km south of Roxburgh, in the heart of the Teviot Valley famous for its fruit production, 5km from the Clutha cycle trail, surrounded by the epic Central Otago hillscapes. There are endless activities just on it's doorstep including cycling, tramping, fruit picking and all that the famous Central Otago region has to offer.

Mt Talbot Cottage

Come and experience country living in this lovely 2 bedroom cottage on the edge of the Gore Township. Pets okay but MUST be keep outside. NO pets inside. Got no problem with people using electric cars but being sneaky and plugging in after dark will earn you a bad review and comments. Just be honest and talk with us.

Country Outlook

Entire 3 bedroom house situated on a farm with country views from your bedroom and living spaces. Comfortably sleeps 5 but if required can provide a rollaway bed for 6 quests. We are 3 kms off State Highway 1 and 23 kms from Gore and Tapanui. Ideal base for visits to Central Otago, Catlins and Southland areas.

Kaka Point Views Apartment 1

Newly built in May 2019, this two bedroom apartment has everything you need for your stay at Kaka Point, the gateway to The Catlins. Magnificent views of the beach and Molyneux Bay, across to the Nugget Point Lighthouse. It is a short 1 minute walk to the The Point Cafe and Bar, beach and playground.
