Located in the small town of Clinton KY this Tiny home is located right on the Scenic Trail of Tears, and only 15 mins away from Columbus State Park and only 30 mins to Union City, TN or Paducah, KY. For those who want adventure Area 252 Riding Park is only 20 minutes away. Looking for something quiet and tranquil but still a short drive to all the fun things this is the place. Two bedrooms, master being a queen size bed and guest is a full size bed, one bathroom, kitchen and living area.

A fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer at the main entrance, and plenty of truck/trailer parking make it a practical, welcoming base for family visits, hunting trips, work crews, or longer stays.
