26th Street Studio - West Downtown Boise

A fresh and airy guest house located a mile from the center of downtown Boise. Relax in our claw foot bathtub after a long day of exploring the nearby whitewater park, foothills, green belt or downtown scenery. Cook in the kitchen or walk to nearby restaurants for your meals. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while you plan your next adventure. You'll sleep soundly in the comfortable king sized bed. We hope you'll enjoy Boise but it will be hard to leave your sanctuary at 26th Street Studio.

This Mid Mod home was updated in 2022 with a Modern Farmhouse flair. The space is private, peaceful and centrally-located. The mall is just a 3 minute drive away and so is Downtown Boise, which is filled with restaurants, shopping, sites and more! Outdoor activities just minutes away. Plus The Village in Meridian is nearby ... you will love this location...it's one of my happy places. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is Non-Smoking/Vaping No pets allowed due to host family having pet allergies.

Lovely North End Guesthouse

We call it Hazel House. Stunning, comforting, private, and tranquil are just some of the words our guests have used. Located in the heart of Boise's Historic North End neighborhood this private guesthouse features a cozy living room with vaulted ceilings, fully stocked kitchen, fast WiFi, spacious bathroom/shower, full size washer/dryer, and comfortable heating/cooling. Kestrel's Perch - Hilltop Retreat

Named after the smallest of North American falcons, which nest in nearby trees, "Kestrel's Perch" was reimagined - from the bottom up - in the spirit of a comfortable mid-century hilltop retreat, emphasizing the property's spectacular views of the Valley, private setting, fully fenced yard and access to surrounding amenities of northwest Boise. The 1000 sq ft home features a large master bedroom, 2nd bedroom (well-suited as office), well-lit kitchen/living room and italian-tiled bathroom.

This warm, cozy home is centrally located in Boise, near Meridian & Eagle. Fully renovated, with comfy new mattresses and bedding. Large 55" TV in the family room and 32" TV in master are brand new Roku smart TVs. Backyard has a dining area, gas firepit, 6 person hot tub, and hammock. Close to the Village and easy access to downtown. Next door is the elementary school with a big playground. Garage not available for use, but there is plenty of parking on the driveway and gravel pad.

Private outdoor sitting area & shared covered patio with sink/disposal (summer), grill & nice yard. Well lit free street parking. Host and his dog “Elvie” live on site.

In the Sunset area of Boise's north end. Beautiful old homes, tree lined streets and close to downtown, the greenbelt and the foothills. This is a 2nd floor studio apartment with a private entrance. Provided is a full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, oven, sink, and all the stuff you need to cook with. Access for you and your pets to a private fenced garden. Don't be surprised though if you have 3 furry creatures on the other side of the fence begging for some attention.
