South Higgins State Park, Marl Lake, Cross Country Skiing, Golf, ORV and Snow Mobile trails all nearby. The Cozy Chalet boasts a large wrap around deck and beautiful landscaping easily accessed by 2 large sliding doors off the open floor plan. The wooded lot creates privacy to enjoy time with friends and family.

Unique Woods Retreat ~ Quiet place in Nature

Our cabin in the woods is a quiet refuge, built with many unique features: a log cabin room with vaulted ceiling, log walls in kitchenette/upstairs small dinette seating area and log wall in sunroom. Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop on our property. The gorgeous metal stair railing hand designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.

Family-friendly cabin walking distance to Houghton Lake - Johnson Beach 600ft walk. Boat launch 1min drive down the road. Highlights: sleeps 7 - queen bed, bunk house. Need more space? No problem! We also own the cabin right next door, which sleeps 7! Board games, yard games, covered patio area, smokeless fire pit + wood, garage converted into game room lounge! Golf cart rental available for $50/night. 4mins to Denton Twp trailhead and 2min drive to town. Come relax at Pair A Dice Lounge III.

Close to ATV/Snowmobile Trails and you can ride from your site. You will need to provide your own bedding, pillows, towels, cooking utensils and shower items
