Grounds feature access to woods & pond + the canoe-ready Roundout Creek. A large sunlit family room, a variety of games, vast outdoor space with patio furniture, in-ground pool/deck/BBQ/swings/firepit/hammock offer the perfect place to relax and restore your connection to nature, friends and family.

Perfect for writers/solo-travelers seeking solitude & peace and couples wanting quality time together. The cottage is on a scenic country road, walking distance to 3 farms, including 2 great farm-to-table restaurants: Westwind Pizza/Apple Orchard, Arrowood Brewery, & Hollengold Farm. A stone's throw are Stonehill Barn and Inness. 15 min drive to the incomparable Minnewaska State Park.

Comfortable for a large group yet cozy for a couple.

Welcome to your High Falls getaway: a dog-friendly 3bd/3bath home complete with a hot tub, outdoor shower, chef's kitchen, wood stove, fire pit, and propane grill for entertaining your friends and family. Sonos Bluetooth speakers are provided throughout the house, a Smart TV with all of your favorite streaming apps, a large collection of board games, and laundry facilities are all available for you to use during your stay.

Prime location in beautiful small town of Rosendale. Will consider dog guests, too. Please just message for information. $50 pet fee PER pet. Come and enjoy our 2 bedroom , 1 full bath private apartment. Downstairs unit, with private entrance. Brand new renovations & appliances to enjoy a peaceful stay while in great location.
