Great location for access to city centre, Southampton university, Common and a short taxi ride to cruise terminals. With off road parking this flat sits in the grounds of a unique turreted Victorian house and gives access to a small patio within the walled garden to enjoy some fresh air. This one bedroom flat offers a comfortable lounge area with access to sky & WiFi. With a small dining table the Kitchen is equipped with microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Breakfast bar, which doubles as a workspace, shower room and shared use of patio and garden. We also have a young, bouncy dog!
