Historical late 1800s Schoolhouse/Community Church

Explore Cowan Lake WEC and Amish stores and bakeries all within minutes from this historic Schoolhouse and picturesque setting. This 1882 Rural Schoolhouse is sitting on an acre of the original land. It includes a newly built 29 x 24 Hemlock sided closed pavilion with outside entities. Includes a park like charcoal grill, a gas grill , horseshoes court and corn hole boards. Great for outside gatherings and animal friendly inside and outside, including horse trailer parking and moving vans .

The farm boasts 85-acres to explore on foot, by ATV or horseback, complete with hitching posts as well as electric and water hookup for your camper or horse trailer. We think you will find it remarkably easy to relax in the hot tub while listening to the owls or enjoy that morning sun on the back porch with a hot cup of coffee. You won't want to go home!

Cozy Rocky Fork Lake Cabin, W/ Dock & RV Electric

NOT LAKEFRONT. I cannot say "lake" anything without Airbnb defaulting to that. Lake ACCESS only. The house has 1 full (shower) and a half bath downstairs. A half bath is also upstairs with 2 bedrooms and a TV room. The TV room has a fold down futon. The Cabin t is about 180 yards from the lake and my dock, which I'll share with you. The downstairs includes a desk, couch, kitchen and bath, with a covered patio. Clean, quiet and comfortable for those vacationing or working in the area.

5 min from Rocky Fork Lake. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The bunkhouse is used by TRA during hunting season, it has all the amenities of home. Sleeps 16 people comfortably. Take advantage of the pool Table, Corn Hole Boards, Foosball Table, outdoor fire pit, and you can even rent a Kayak from us and the Guide will take you to the lake only 5 min away. Plenty of space to park your own boat if desired. Hillsboro Ohio is only 12 minutes away.

If you’re needing a quiet, peaceful getaway, you just found it! Country Cabin is cozy and home away from home, which sits on shared property with the owners. Just 10 minutes to town for all your essential needs. If you like hiking, fishing, and boating Rocky Fork State Park, and Paint Creek are within a half hour drive. In the pines cabin

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Experience tiny house living in our little cabin. Enjoy beautiful Rocky Fork Lake, Amish countryside, hike and explore The Arc of Appalachia. Boat rental is just down the road at Bayside Bait and tackle. Our cabin has 2 full size beds upstairs in loft area as well as a comfy queen sofa that makes a decent bed also. There is a small table and chairs. There is also a larger refrigerator on covered back porch.

The Beach House

The Beach House is located in a park like setting with a large grass area that's walking distance to the docks to fish, or to take a nice quiet stroll . Perfect location for families, Anglers and just anyone looking for a beautiful peaceful place to get away. We offer a Bait store, restaurant and camp store on site with Breakfast, Subs and the best tasting Pizza in this area, we offer drinks, chips and snacks. Our cabins are clean and area offers so much for the whole family to enjoy, including hiking, fishing and swimming, Native American history, state parks, and many other local attractions.
