Studio accommodation, on the grounds of Kings Cottage. The Bower offers the traveller an airy, spacious, environment with intimate dining nook, heated bathroom/toilet, comfy sitting room with reverse cycle air-conditioning, complimented by a designer wood fired heater. The modern kitchen, ideal for self-catering. Access from within the garages via a coded keypad doorway for those who seek a secure environment. The Bower provides overflow accommodation for Kings Cottage for larger family groups.

orto_uralla is a shed conversion just for couples. Simple luxury…that soothes the soul. King bed, bath with a view, kitchenette, stunning floor to ceiling windows capturing sun and views, indoor wood fire and outdoor fire pit and your very own Bocce court. orto_uralla offers a tranquil, intimate space to relax and unwind. Please note: The shed is not suitable for children or infants The shed is close to our house but you will have complete privacy (except maybe from the chickens and kangaroos!)

Carisbrook cottage is a stylish cosy 1920’s blue brick home, Featuring 3 Spacious bedrooms, a living room that is accompanied by a wood fire, a bathroom with a separate toilet and a modern kitchen & dining area for all your entertainment needs. Located 2 blocks from Armidale CBD. Everything you need is located within walking distance, including TAS, cafes, pubs, shopping center and Corner Creperie across the road. With a secure fenced yard, it’s perfect for visitors with small outdoor pets.

"Birdsong @ Girralong" - Secluded forest cabin

Relax, unplug and unwind in nature. Birdsong is a haven for birdwatching, observing native wildlife and bushwalking. The cabin is nestled on a 100 acre property, in a secluded valley, surrounded by forest and adjoining nature reserve, with views to the surrounding hills. We invite you to come and enjoy a tranquil break in the heart of nature, brimming with native wildlife. Sit on the covered veranda and experience serenity or wander down to the crystal clear flowing river with swimming hole.

Highlands Lodge

Highlands Lodge is a magnificent stone and timber chalet nestled amongst 150 year old deciduous English Elm and many other European Trees. It is beautiful year round but particularly in Autumn. Located at Black Mountain (approx. half way between Sydney and Brisbane) in the heart of the beautiful New England Region, it is only 25 minutes north of Armidale and 10 minutes south of Guyra. Set on a working Sheep and Cattle property, Highlands Lodge is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Self contained accommodation on native bush equestrian property. Built in 2014 from Kingspan insulating panels this house is a showcase for solar passive design; warm in winter, cool in summer. We run a professional equestrian business on site with the Flat for guests. Separate entrance, on site parking, 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with TV, free wifi, bathroom, full kitchen in a beautiful rural setting but only 2km to Uralla with food, shops and pubs. Dunroamin is a peaceful 2 bedroom house 12 kms from the centre of Armidale with plenty of room for the kids to move. The space Neat & tidy 2 bedroom house that can sleep up to 6 people (on request). Only minutes away from the Armidale pine forest which has plenty of mountain bike & walking tracks. Or you can choose to sit and relax and watch the local wildlife at Dunroamin. Self-contained mountain top cabin with incredible views over the Bellinger Valley and beyond. The cabin is newly renovated with a kitchen, bathroom and fireplace. It comes with a deck for your private use and uninterrupted views of the breathtaking sunset. We will be on hand for any advice or help but you will be left to enjoy your stay. Valley Views Cottage is a quirky, art-filled retreat tucked away in a secret valley in the Macleay Valley, around 45 minutes from town. Enjoy modern comforts, total privacy, and a large fully fenced garden with dogs welcome. Explore bush walks and a private mountain hike on the property with breathtaking valley views, plus nearby waterholes and a pristine creek just a short 500m walk away — perfect for swimming, exploring, and unwinding in nature.

The "Reynella" Hut

"Reynella" is a restored and well appointed hut with breathtaking views on 100 acres. This charming, light filled hut is a studio (10 minutes from central Armidale) providing a warming space to relax and unwind with a sense of peace and privacy. You can take a stroll down to the river on the property (keep your eyes out for our resident platypus!) or explore the Blue Hole Swimming area and Gara Gorge being a short two minute drive from the hut.

The Coop

The Coop is a beautiful newly renovated bungalow home situated in a short 5 minute walk to the city centre, cafes, parks, restaurant, bakery, supermarkets & sporting fields. Easy 5 minute drive to UNE. Offering open plan self contained kitchen & laundry, dining, living areas, two bedrooms with queen beds, two stylish modern bathrooms & a deck for outside living.
