The Nut House is nestled in the 65000 + acre Shawnee State Forest. It is a unique COMPLETE get away in the forest in Southern Ohio. This beautiful cabin is in the hills of southern Ohio and includes the use of a 4 acre lake and 5 boats. Very private and remote, no neighbor houses can be seen. Great fishing for bass, bluegill, crappie and catfish. Shelter house near lake with 2 picnic tables and fire pit and firewood. Sleeping for 12 adults; one queen bed and one adult bunkbed, plus loft with 2 twin beds and floor cushions. Full kitchen with all utensils, appliances, etc. Also, log cabin available for all groups of 7 or more

Red Fox Ridge Cabin Retreat - *No Cleaning Fee*

Unwind at this secluded retreat nestled quietly at the end of a wooded country road, along a rolling creek. The cabin was originally two cabins erected in the 1850s. In the 1970s, artist Jim Simon dismantled the log cabins and re-erected them on the Simon Family Farm. Red Fox Ridge was named for the red fox often spotted running the ridge overlooking the river. Three Pines is a rustic log cabin located on 17 acres with a forest view. Originally constructed in the 1790s by a Revolutionary War veteran, it was relocated to the present location in 2011, where it was reimagined with added modern conveniences. The cabin is great for history buffs and those looking for some peace and quiet in a unique setting. The cabin can be rented with our other listing, The Lodge at Three Pines, which provides an additional bedroom, bathroom, and hang out space.

White Pine Cottage-cozy tiny home w/ earthy decor

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.This 14x40 cottage is brand new with a front and back porch. The front porch is the whole length of the cabin with 4 rockers to sit in and relax. The back porch has seating that overlooks farmland and you may see an occasional deer grazing in the field. There is a gas grill on the back porch as well. We have a fenced private area with a fire pit and chairs to enjoy a fire on a cool night.
