The Glamp Camp at Sweetwater

Welcome to our off-the-grid "Glamp Camp" at Sweetwater Farm! Tucked away on the back of our 40 acre farm, this one-room cabin sleeps 2 people comfortably. Outside you'll find a private fire pit & charcoal grill, a shared outdoor kitchen pavilion w/ gas grill (stocked with cooking supplies) & an outdoor bathroom w/ a real flushing toilet, sink and outdoor shower. Access the Tooky River (great for swimming, kayaking and fishing) just steps away & enjoy plenty of space, privacy & beautiful scenery!

NOTE: We have internet TV, but no cable. So please remember to bring your sign in information for Netflix and Amazon.

This beautiful, well-appointed historic 7,000 sf farmhouse that sleeps 26+ is ideal for your family gathering, reunion, birthday or bachelor party. It offers 8 bedrooms, 18 beds & 5 full baths and features a unique, large common space combining an open Kitchen, Dining Area, Sunroom, Great Room, and Card Room. The huge Game Room (w/ sauna) can also hold a large group. Outside is a pool, large hot tub, horses & chickens, ponds, canoes, and huge barn w/ 3-D hay maze, axe throwing, hay jump & more!

Pingree Hill Farm is a small private barn . Large fenced mowed field for dog play! Many local equestrian events, xc schooling course close by. 40 min to Boston, seacoast and skiing. Excellent restaurants and cultural events close by. 10 miles to MHT airport. Hiking from the farm. Massabesic Lake is very close in our beautiful town of Auburn. Gorgeous trails for Mtn biking, hiking, xc skiing. Bird watching at Audubon Society a few miles away. Bring horse and hound! Additional charges apply.

Nearby golf course, skiing, lakes, community/cultural events including concerts, summer playhouses and lectures. Four private bedrooms, sleeps 9, 2 bathrooms. Dedicated workspace, high speed internet and library. Fenced in backyard for pets or children and large mudroom for outdoor sports equipment.

This beautiful house is the ultimate city escape located just 90 minutes from Boston! The unique and spacious design opens up to the outside, letting you enjoy the great outdoors through a wall of windows from a cozy sunken living room. In the summer, lounge by the pool or enjoy one of two pristine lakes 10 minutes away. In winter, only 15 minutes to Pat’s Peak and 20 minutes to Crotched Ski Resort. SANCTUARY Retreat to a lovely 3 bdr home on 22 acres overlooking a private 3 acre pond. You have access to a sweet cabin right on the pond. Surrounded by pine and hardwood stands, birders will be delighted! A perfect place for friends and family to gather. 3 Bdr comfortably sleeps 6. A chefs kitchen, a dining room with seating for 6/8 & adjacent screened porch overlook your private pond & fire pit. I live next to you. My aim is to support you with every amenity and plenty of privacy.

Relax under the maple trees in a newly refurbished, 16 foot, 1972 Aristocrat camper. Located on a working farm in Deering, NH, come take a break and get back to what life is all about. Couch unfolds into a double bed, and dining table turns into a twin bed. Feel free to walk about the 36 acre property that abuts the Contoocook River and relax in the double hammock. End the night with a campfire and enjoy unobstructed views of the stars. Separate entrance to indoor private bathroom/shower.

Relax with the View at the Farm at Woodbury Hill

Consider relaxing in our spacious upstairs apartment with a spectacular view of Mt. Monadnock. An open floor plan features a queen size bed and futon. A fully equipped kitchen will be stocked with 6 fresh farm eggs to enjoy as you like. Brew your own coffee or tea. All the needed linens and bathroom towels are supplied. Highspeed WiFi and Roku TV is available. You are welcome to walk the farm and enjoy the chickens or gardens. Or simply relax on your own private outside deck.

Comfy Quarters Suite 1

Suite sleeps 2-4. Décor has a cozy, warm feeling. It's bright but there are dimmers in the bedroom and living room. Comfy quarters is an open concept. The kitchenette flows into the living room which flows into the bedroom. Its has a private 3\4 bathroom. We are between the towns of Jaffrey and Peterborough. Beautiful view of Mt. Monadnock. Very private acres. We love to meet and greet our guest interact, but will respect their privacy. There is hiking, shopping and great dining.

Our 1840’s renovated grist mill is located in the beautiful Monadnock Region. The house is situated on twelve acres and includes gardens, an orchard, berry bushes, grape vines, beehives, a dog, and a tremendous waterfall. We are close to many of nature’s gems including Mount Monadnock, Pack Monadnock, the Heald Tract hiking trails, skiing, snowshoeing and swimming. Also the acclaimed MacDowell Arts Center, Andy’s Summer Playhouse, Andres Institute of Art and the Waldorf Schools.

The farm house is located with convenient access to highways 93 and 293; just 45 minutes to the ocean, 60 minutes to Boston, and 60 minutes to the beautiful white mountains.
