It's a perfect place for a peaceful escape or chance to experience the wide variety of seasonal New England activities from swimming and leaf peeping to ice fishing. The Little Lake house is a short drive to Canobie Lake Park and Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White mountains.

Less than an hour from Manchester, Concord & Keene, this new home offers relaxation & year-round adventure. This lakefront property has a dock, with kayaks & paddleboards. You could also walk down the paved road to the neighborhood beach & swim platform. About 30 minutes to Pats Peak, Sunapee, or Crotched Mtn ski resorts. Beds for 6, 2 full baths, W/D, fully equipped kitchen, open living space, gas fireplace, water views, gas grill, parking, firepit, internet. We do not allow pets or smoking.

Welcome to our off-the-grid cabin, sleeping 2-4 people with an upstairs loft & downstairs custom Murphy bed. It's equipped with lights, mini-fridge, Bluetooth speakers & an indoor/outdoor bar. Outside you'll find a private fire pit & charcoal grill, a shared outdoor kitchen pavilion w/ gas grill (stocked with cooking supplies) & the outdoor bathroom w/ a real flushing toilet, sink and outdoor shower. Access the Tooky River just steps away and enjoy plenty of space, privacy & beautiful scenery!

Our 1840’s renovated grist mill is located in the beautiful Monadnock Region. The house and cottage are situated on twelve acres and includes gardens, an orchard, berry bushes, grape vines, beehives, a dog, and a tremendous waterfall. We are close to many of nature’s gems including Mount Monadnock, Pack Monadnock, the Heald Tract hiking trails, skiing, snowshoeing and swimming. Also the acclaimed MacDowell Arts Center, Andy’s Summer Playhouse, Andres Institute of Art and the Waldorf Schools.

New dock coming in 2026. Lakefront cottage in the center of New England. Our home has everything you need for your waterfront retreat. Enjoy morning coffee or go fishing on your private dock. Step out the front door and you are at the community park and playground. Walk 2 minutes to the community beach or 5 minutes to the start of 7 miles of hiking trails. Golf is less than 5 minutes' drive and skiing is 25 minutes away. Breathtaking fall foliage, and snowmobiling and ice fishing in winter.

Escape to our fully renovated tiny pond house on the serene Mirror Pond. Perfect for up to 4 guests, enjoy swimming, kayaking, or floating on tubes. Unwind by the fire pit, barbecue on the deck, or cozy up by the fireplace (our apologize but it is currently not working) with board games on cooler days. With great WiFi, it’s also ideal for a peaceful work retreat. Whether you're here to relax, or get some work done, this tranquil hideaway offers the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation.

Direct Waterfront A-Frame, Close to 3 Ski Areas!

My direct waterfront, year-round A-Frame cabin is 30 min to Mount Sunapee, 20 min to Crotched, and 15 min to Pat's Peak! It’s located on a small 32-acre pond near Franklin Pierce Lake with over 100 feet of waterfront. There is a 6 foot main dock to load kayaks, and a small fishing dock off to the side. The fishing on our pond gets rave reviews! The property sits on 1/3 of an acre, on a sloped hill. It's located between Keene and Concord, and nearby many great hiking and snowmobile trails

Secluded, tranquil, woodland retreat. Unique home overlooks river-cathedral ceilings and large windows throughout. Stay cozy indoors by the wood stove or explore acres of conservation land abutting the property. All you need for quiet getaway or ski vacation. Sleeps 6 in winter months; extra bed on sleeping porch overlooking river in warmer months. Master bath has deep soaking jacuzzi tub. Skiing 20 minutes away at Pat's Peak & Crotched Mt. Trails nearby for hiking, snowshoeing & x-country.

Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at our peaceful cottage on Daniels Lake. The small, recently-renovated home is in a rural setting but close to restaurants, shopping, parks, ski slopes, golf courses, lakes and quaint New England villages. The large deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Four kayaks, two canoes, standup paddle board and pedal boat are available to use on the lake which is known for its good fishing. Two bedrooms, dining room and living room overlook the lake and woods.
